A-1's shop number is 714-836-7201. I don't know if Pierside would stock that exhaust, it's best to talk to Tiger directly. _________________ www.tunedperfection.com |

Here's an comparable exhaust for a V8. Straight pipes with a couple of resonators.

Does anyone know if this exhaust setup is available for a 40hp motor? _________________ 2015 VW Passat Wolfsburg Edition

From looking around it looks like there may now be some more sources for a Sebring style exhaust, for instance Vintage Speed and I read somewhere CSP?
Does anyone have experience of these?
Thanks

I've now checked with Vintage Speed regarding their 36hp Sebring exhaust http://shop.vintagespeed.com.tw/s.nl/it.A/id.872/.f and it is manufactured with 38mm pipes. My 36hp is only mildly tuned (stock single port heads flycut for 7.5:1 compression, 33mm intake valves, dual 28PCI carbs, stock bottom end, soon to be fitted 1.4:1 ratio rockers, VJU4BR8 distributor with same curve as 019 or Resolit distributor reputedly same curve as 010).
Can anyone offer any advice as to how well suited this may be to my setup this exhaust might be; are the pipes too large for my engine?
Many thanks

For anyone interested Google '36hp sebring' and you can find a picture of the Vintage Speed Sebring on a split Bug.. not sure how to link to it as it is a Facebook page. ... _________________ Richard

"I have a speedwell sebring exhuast for sale..."
How much louder is it than stock?
Does the low back pressure "kill the bottom end"?
Cheers,
