Do any of you bus guru's know anything about this toy. Ive done searching and cant find any pics or info on it anywhere. The only thing it says, Made in Germany. There are no other stampings of any sort. I thought maybe the lic plate might give a clue but have come up empty. Any info would be great. Thanks

....late answer...
(sorry, my english is not the best)

Okay:

This car is called (in german) VW Käfer PN 420
Beetle sedan I think in english.

The car was build between 1952 and 1954 with a friction-engine from the company "Philipp Niedermeier".
Four models are made:

PN 419: Yellow with split window
PN 420: A blue and a second one in orange, like this
PN ???: Purple metallic as an open cabrio with driver

This four models are extremely rare. I have only seen the purple cabrio at ebay - a few years ago. It was in a very good condition and the auction was closed at 4.800,-€ Shocked
