Replacing window scraper seals

How do you get into the door? Certainly there's some way to get into the inside of the door but I don't see how.

Hmm, so apparently the door doesn't come apart. Even that guy was jamming a screwdriver between the door just to rip the old scraper out. Any idea how to replace it?
