I didnt see a "new member" thread so Ill put it here!
Im from Illinois and I drive a 1972 Super Beetle. She sports a 1600cc engine, 4 speed tranny, and flames on the side that add at least 20 hp! Iv been looking for a good classic VW site and finally found it here! Hope to learn a lot! |

| Welcome EC guy. The only problem I see with keeping the flames lit up so everyone can see them is that my gas mileage suffers. |

| welcome to the site, and honda stickers are 5hp a peice, flames double hp, racing stripes are 50hp each, and if you get a big aluminum wing that adds 100hp |
