Saw this when I was changing my oil..It is stuck...won't tighten or come out. What is is supposed to connect to?

Originally the battery clamp but it has a welded in stud normally.

Sounds like it had cold-welded in place anyway. Maybe best to just leave it alone?

That is rearward of the battery completely.

Pan to body bolt.

I find it interesting that it is rear ward and behind the battery, yet still seems to be on the on pan. Does look like it belongs and used for something.

It's just the bottom of the stud that secures the battery hold down clamp Wink
