Split bus front seats

I recently purchased a 61 kombi that is a camper conversion of a delivery van. I am not crazy about the 2 piece bench seat. Is it possible to convert to a single piece bench

Yes it is possible. If you have a 60/40 bench seat don't just throw it away, sell it or give it to some one who could use it!

Are you sure it's a '61? It should not have a split front seat it should be a full lenth bench
