Front Floor rust repair question

How would i repair this portion of the front floor?
Im trying to avoid removing the heater tube as i heard its a real pain. Both sides of the floor are real bad too.

You can get a center section repair from WW. However if you also need the outside, you would be better off replacing in a single piece.

If the center is that crusty i would imagine the outers are as well. Take a peek underneath to see if they are stout enough.

If it is you can either cut the bad sections out and replace with donor metal splitting it down the middle avoiding the heater tube or remove the heater tube itself. Its a pia but not impossible by any stretch of the imagination
