|
|
Hey guys. I ordered a set of repo bumpers for my car. I know I know, I don't wanna debate the quality etc.
My question is what colour do you recommend I paint the back side with por15? Flat black, grey, etc? Just trying to figure what will look the most "stockish". Opinions?

I dont know where you got yours. I got some on Ebay and they were painted gray on the back. I warn you the bumpers are weak. I reinforced mine. I will see if I got some pics. |

Painted mine black with plasti-dip. Just keep the chrome side waxed often.
The black is barely visible near the ends when viewed from the opposite side and looks natural. _________________ 1968 (Ȏ\ ! /Ȏ) |

the factory would use flat black or a flat dark gray.

I need to do this with my bumpers! Will that Stirling Silver kill the rust if I have some already, or do I treat the rust first? |

It's POR15, so follow their directions. _________________ Glenn
