The S EX plate definitely is real.
S is for Stuttgart, and the following letters and numbers are given by chance.
Or, if available, you can choose your favourites against a small fee.
As some people think its cool to have such a plate, you can see these kind of S EX cars regularly here in town. |

The photographer took it down the hill to rest his knee on for the photo. |
Theory #2:
The dense looking, mouth breathing babe near the cargo doors kicked it off & straight out of the bus when opening the cargo doors. Maybe the photog down the hill picked it up when he was tucking 'lil Debbie ding-a-ling back in the bus. (sorry if you can tell I haven't had my coffee yet)

I'd guess that shorty was driving when that happened judging by his fingernail chewing posture. Pops looks kinda mellow and might be trying to keep junior calm bfore the cops and mom come down to investigate. If that was me I would be getting the heck out of there quick before they try to charge me for that stupid light poll someone stuck in the middle of the road.
