Cool Pict !!! Scotia is an old Humboldt Co lumber mill town. The mill still operates but at a 10th of its former glory. Now to find that Bus! Where'd u find the pict?

Great photo! I spotted 7 buses, including the 23 window, and the bus way in the distance.
Southern California beach parking? Those guys look like they're pushing the station wagon out of the sand? A hell of a LOT of cars in that photo!

Man, there is a ton of cool cars in that pic.
That 356, the Rambler behind it,The 59/60 Chevy Convertible next to the Rambler, The 58-60 Tbird by the bus on the left, The Volvo hiding behind the bus on the left, the half dozen C2 Corvettes, that GTO behind the GM pickup...................I would love to have any of those. |

I guess it's a long-ago memory now, but before the porn moved into Times Square in the 70's, the place was an awesome collection of legitimate movie theaters, and it was THE place to take your date for an inexpensive meal and a double feature.
Now the porn is gone, the theaters are back, and if you look hard enough, you'll find inexpensive eateries. But no more double features.

Six people and towing a trailer, with a barndoor bus? They are not in a hurry.
This looks like the fifties, I don't think the freeways were even around yet. I bet they found people with horse drawn carts on the back roads.
