2002 cabrio power window regulator

I bought a 2002 cabrio that had passenger door window problems. After dismantling door , I found the problem to be a broken pulley on the regulator. The culprit was the large white pulley that is located closest to outside door handle (upper rear of door). A replacement regulator w/motor showed up at a local junkyard for only $80! So I replaced it and was the hero for 31 days (30-day warranty) until the same plastic pulley busted again. Anyone got a fix for this or know a source for a metal replacement pulley...........or have a busted regulator (left or right) with the large white pulley intact? Thanks
