Besides being behind schedule I won't venture up north until ALL the snow and cold weather is over with. I'm guessing April or so.....

regarding the front fenders, I have been told by mutiple people the pre 55 fenders are like split window other than the horn grill. I believe they will still be incorrect (even with dimples and drain holes removed) as pre '55 have different shape around head lite.

Please correct me if I'm incorrect.

Thank you for that insight T4 but the point is moot now....it is what it is and it's going to be Shiny Reed Green shortly !!!!!

Read and learn! That was a decent way of replying to a well ment comment. A lot of people should take a hint and stop going into the trenches as soon as someone comments a minor deviation on a car. Finding OG fenders of any 50s model is near impossible these days, and it is up to the owner to draw the line.

This is one amazing rebuild of one of my favorite years in my favorite color.

Thank you Allsidius, that means a lot to me. My buddy got the car from the original owner in 1976 and he put it in his garage where it stayed until I bought it in 2011. I dont know if anything was replaced Before Troy got it but nothing was changed After he got it.

Joe is doing a Great job of Restoring it for me and I'm VERY anxious to get it back !!!!
