I haven't seen a thread like this so i thought i'd start something. Post all pics of volkswagens that are on a trailer ready to go to the scrap yard. Like cars you've parted out or whatever. I will have some pics this week as i'm hauling in a '68 double cab and a '79 westy. _________________ '70 ghia

Is "at the scrapyard" close enough?

I didn't take pictures of the three ovals and two 58/59's that I hauled off a few years ago. _________________ Strive for perfection in everything. Take the best that exist and make it better. If it doesn't exist, create it. Accept nothing nearly right or good enough."

It's been drilled for aftermarket turn signals, there is no hope for it, no wonder its being scrapped _________________ Quick little bug, you got a Porsche motor in that?

That sucks. Wrecked I take it?
And that picture of the Beetle on the car is scary. How one would make it without wrecking, let alone being stopped by the police is hard to believe by itself. Not to mention the blatant disregard for the safety of the other drivers on the road... _________________ 1967 13 Window Deluxe

Part of a '64 ghia and a '61 bug. Both stripped pretty well clean of any usable parts. I pulled the front beam out of the bug after i took the pic
