Is there more material in the earlier type 1 spindles?
I have -61 spindles and i think that there are not enough material to machine it the way it looks in the thread that shows how to use type 1 spindles on a BD. |

I am about to do the same operation with 59-spindles. GustaF has done this on his. We should ask him what type of spindles he used.

Yes, i know, and i asked him if he had experienced the same as me.
He could not say that he had, and the spindles he used are from a -57.
So the question is still unanswered. Does anyone out there know the answer?
