will a sub frame of automatic from 68/9 will fit a 71 manual?

The parts book says yes, as they don't call out 1 or the other (AT or MT).
For a 68, you're looking for chassis number 318 015 226 to 318 500 000. For 69, it's the same from 319 000 001 on until the end of roduction in 73.

because my 71 fasty is my daily
my mechanic wants to send his 68/9 sub frame to send blast end paint.
end i will make with him exchange part.
so my fasty will be ready the same day.
i think that only main frame have the chassis number under the seat. not the rear sub frame.
