Been making progress. Too bad my fuel pump died on me. Everything mechanically is done to drive the girl. Hopefully this week I will get one!!! In the meantime I got a few things done and started lol Speakers are a go just have to wire up the head unit and figure out the mount location.
Figured out the size of the gas tank to fit underneath the seat and box out. Gotta find a lace to make it. Any recommendations in or around NY/NJ?
Exhaust bracket welded up and looking right!
Started laying the under layment of the floor and getting that section done. Starting to come together. I also fab'd some carriage bolts to extend so the gap of the flooring can not be an issue when the seats are mounted.

Lmao!!! So you may be just the person to answer this question. What do you techs use as far as service manuals? Vida, dice? Would to get my hands on this software but it seems like I need to believe in unicorns to make this happen! _________________ Just me and my Bus!

correct. sort of. you just need a huge bucket of money for the OE stuff. cost me 10k to get set up with a year subscription, but now they only offer 3 day or 30 day, as VIDA will be changing. you need VIDA. don't fall for the chice (Chinese dice) I have witnessed one literally let the smoke out of a CEM. that was a 1k "oops"
you can go to https://www.volvotechinfo.com/ create an account and order printed material. what exactly do you need? _________________
