Well after this Bus was for sale forever I bought it. Made a 28 hour road trip up and back last weekend to pick it up and now time to get this thing back on the road. It is now In Nor-Cal and ready to get back on the road. Here are a couple pics of when we picked it up and some pics of it getting cleaned up a little. Im sure I will have some questions and need some parts too! Very Happy

Great looking bus. It doesn't look like it needs much, is that right?

So to answer a couple questions. Dose it need a lot well that depends on the owner I guess. In my eyes it should not need much. Yes it has a 56 front noise that was put on it some years ago. Not sure how many DD are left out there but not many that are barndoors from what I have seen. Here is todays little project.

Hope this bus will be back soon now ! Cool

I have one Wink March 1953. According to BarndoorDK figures, only two BD DD are older then my 53. However, I'm not sure those two are on the road.

Not sure of a total count though. Probably not much more?

I was always under the impression the one from up North (Jeremy's) was converted by Cameron.

Not the case?
