In terms of the garage door being in the way, I had my tracks set up to hug the ceiling as close as possible. This allows the door to not be a potential problem. _________________ 2015 VW GTi Autobahn

Since my door to the left bay is only a single lightweight metal one I am going to remove my old overhead opener and go manual with it. I'd like to see how well I can put the tracks up to the ceiling so that maybe I can keep it the door open with a Westy on the lift. We'll see..... _________________ Dave O

Dave, looks great . I should have had my van up in the air by now but my install was stopped dead due to concrete too thin. 2 yards 4000 psi concrete due tomorrow. The Bendpack looks solid! What is the yellow plate that looks bolted to the floor on the near column? _________________ Cheers,

I hear you. There was so much talk of issues with the maxjax anchors (wej-it, mechanical type anchors), I ended up ordering two sets of the epoxy versions which apparently are much more reliable. My plan is to install a few extra anchors once the slab is set, so can vary width on the hoist for smaller/larger vehicles.
Dave, is your ceiling at 10ft? _________________ Cheers,
