Wolfsburg West does have it available in spray can, for interior only.

Your local automotive paint store should be able to mix you up some.

Just a bit of heads up on L90D aka pastel white. I have been dealing with this issue and it's a big headache. The original Pastel white that is on your van will not match any L90D that you will have mixed to code at any paint suppliers. It will come out as an ugly yellow/white, vanilla like color. If you were to compare, put them all next to each other any 82-91 vanagon or westfalia with the L90D paint code, you will notice that they vary in color also, however they are a much brighter white as compared to modern day paint code L90D. The solution and the only solution is to have them color match to your existing white , use the door jamb areas as a comparison.
VW had a wide variety of ways to mix their batches of paint way back when, we are talking 1000's gallons of paint mixed per batch, thus many variations in white although they had the same exact paint code of L90D.
I have the same problem with Savanah beige metallic, modern day code will be off, but I do like the new Savanah beige metallic mixed to code, it's a much richer metallic color.
However if you have any other colors like bordeaux red, orly blue, wolfram grey metallic, the color match is pretty darn good if you were to have your entire van repainted using just the paint code provided.
