Hey all, I just picked up a Rhino Trans case out of a 4ft pile of stuff in an old chicken barn up here in Maine.
I planned to use it for a bench tester. But now I dont want to cut it up if its desireable and someone would like to get it going down the road again!
Its in nice shape. Can anyone give me some info on them? the number on the side is AH 40.... Still has gears but no nose plate. Pretty clean.
I think that AH is 1968?
Id just like to know maybe year and application.
Any help would be great.

Is it swingaxle or IRS? Got any picts? It could have been built with anything inside. It might have high dollar aftermarket gears and it might be all stock. It might be worthwile to have somebody check it out.

That is not a Rhino case, it is just a normal stock case out of a 71-72. Hack it up any way you want. The gears are rusted jusk.
