I can't find an affirmative answer on the float level for a 28 PICT. I find references which give the size washer to put under the float needle, but that does no good if the float is bent or a different weight than stock. Does anyone have a reference to tell you how high the fuel level is supposed to be?

Thanks in advance

David

Download this 28pict booklet from The Samba Archive, you should be able to set it up correctly from the instructions given: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/looklisten_11/looklisten11_28pict_carburetor.pdf
