NorthWest MogFest is a yearly “family reunion” for Unimog owners, a chance to meet old friends and make new ones, all while enjoying these vehicles in the Oregon sunshine. Although it started as a Unimog event NWMF invites all vehicles of european ancestry, so if you own a Pinzgauer,Volvo C303, Vanagon Syncro. or other continental off-road equipment and would like to join this private party, please contact us for more information. (you can reply to the above URL for an invitation, or, just chime in on this thread for direction).

If you are on the fence, here are a few previous years threads to entice you. There is always a large contingent of WetWesties and 2wd vans in the upper orchard, and, even if you do not have a Syncro, you WILL get to ride in them and experience what this habit is all about. There is a great river to swim in and meals available onsite for a modest fee. If you can only make one event this year, make this one folks,you will not be sorry!

If anyone needs to fly in and hop a ride(Kamzcab86!), the PDX thread in my sigline is your ride to the event, just post up what you need.
We PDX folk are very proud of this event and will do nearly anything to get new folks to experience it.......
except eating one of Jon's cookies...wait, its got a UPC symbol on it, it has got to be safe?

Normally August is booked for us, but after some plans changed, I think we can finally make it to NWMF! If you'll have us of course

Robyn, the site is not updated for 2013 yet, be patient. They like to keep it "invitation only" so all of the non-european riff raft stays away. That being said, I just emailed my first time last year, my 5th year going, for an invitation and was told "see you there". I think they like the emails so they can plan on how much food to buy and how many Honey Buckets they will need.
Photogdave, no problem. I am covering a few shifts that week and as of yet, unsure which days or nights I will work. You are more than welcome to crash at my place though. I will be sure to hide the nice silverware and double lock the wine cellar.

Im so glad that the record of that epic performance, pops up every once in a while, makes me feel all zesty inside, Er wait a minute that didn't come out right, Er I didn't mean that either. Aw you get the idea. NWMF is a great time.

Wow, I totally missed this epic drop of an all time classic  It sounds much better in my mind
Congrats on being a Grandpa Jeff. Hoping we get to hang out again this year at this event.

Woot. I got Friday off, so I get to head out Thursday evening. What day are you rolling in Dave?
Also, trying to talk Tom and Juanita (Syncronicity) into flying in from CO to drive Mr.Hanky out so both of my syncro's can play. It would be a shame to leave one at home, wouldn't it?
