Post up your connection details for the relay.

^^Agreed.

Also, is the relay one that is known to work for buses? Like from WW or something?

So I have a WW relay, here is a photo.

I had the flasher wires and TS wires connected to the same terminal on the tail lights and they were flashing at the same time.

Moved one wire to the opposite side, and the results were what was posted in my second video. I'm going to reverse the wires and see if that fixes my problem.

After that I'm stumped. I cannot post results until this weekend... Stay tuned for more details!

Got the turn signals working. Needed to run a ground off the top of the tail light housing bolts and ran it to the negative battery bolt. Work like a charm!

some progress while I came down for a weekend to help with the two man projects:
Needed engine install, fill tranny with gear oil, bleed the brakes, insert all windows, and install the rear hatch. Getting it prepped for a long shake down ride to Mass for paint next weekend.

unfortunately no... now the front drivers side brakes are leaking. I gotta take the hub off and see what's happening. Word to the wise, nobody order busdepot wheel cylinders, so I've only had 2 of the four work.

I plan to czech out the front brakes one more time, get it registered and inspected this weekend, do some shake down runs.

Passenger side rgb is leaking too... not sure from where. Definitely not from the normal spot. Looks like it's leaking from behind the spring plate... can that be possible?

Yes... That circle is a press in plug that covers the inside nut for the stub. Most I have seen have some "goo" on them to help seal them (like a ton of orange permetex.

Any brake part I get is torn down, cleaned, inspected, honed and reassembled before it gets near my truck.

This saves a lot of headaches down the road.

I drove the van today! 6 miles to it's new home! I owe so much thanks to Russ (Rusbus), Lance (2Pack), Nick (Touch Nicks Thing), John (j,pickens), Jack (orangebug60guy), Cuddy, Colby, Aaron, Clay, Manny, and everyone else who I called every weekend for tips and trouble shooting.

Found a garage near my apartment, time to sit and relax for a little. Carb wont idle, and it seems to be running very hot! Here it is in it's new home.

So I need to find the vacuum leak, adjust the carb, maybe even buy a new one, and hit the road. Next weekend is DC inspection, only have to pass safety, which wont be hard.

Thanks to everyone, especially thesamba! You guys are the best![/img]
