Hey guys I have a tube frame rail how do you smooth the tubing out if I wanted to remove a bracket what would be the process or how would I fix some old nasty welds up
Also to attach anything to the tubes how do u do it can you drill thru the tubes?

Angle grinder with a flapper disk. Be gentle. Wear eye protection.
Don't drill holes through the tubes if you can avoid it. Leaves a good spot for cracks and rust to start.

Would u use a cut off wheel to cut the bracket or just keep grinding down till close then use the flapper?
So if I have a mounting bracket for 2 kc lights how would u mount them?
