one of those white ones had some kind of thing between the front wheels under there, a bar of some kind running laterally between the wheels...what was it ?

The panel van door is held on with some pins. It doesn't slide. The panel van is built as a track car. Check out the gallery of their cars here ...

| eye candy for sure but....did you notice the rear hatch reveal on the red van? Must have been at least 1/2 inch on the drivers side and nothing on the passenger side. |
