Coming home? A newbie's story...

Hi All!

I grew up with VWs in a family of 6. A red '64 Beetle was later traded for a white '72 Super Beetle (Stohlman VW in Tyson's Corner, VA). A Ford Fairlane wagon was traded for a brand new green '68 Camper (HB Lantzsch in Fairfax, VA). I learned to drive on the Camper and that was my car when I was in high school (George C. Marshall in Falls Church, VA). I loved those cars but they are long gone... I also owned a red '72 Squareback for a while...

Now my daily driver is an Audi TT and I own a motorsports company specializing in racecar electronics...

But I have not lost my love for the VW! Recently, I decide to search for a bus to restore and/or customize... I am interested in '60's era models...

I joined this forum hoping to find lots of info and good people!
