I paint in a shop that shoots Glasurit 55 line. Soon to switch to 90 line(water). I'm in the process of shooting my '57 rag, and I just mixed L331, horizon blue. Anyone with the smartrack color mixing computer, should be able to mix any VW color.

Glasurit still have a big archive of colors.
I have some friends working there, here in Muenster where they sit.
They are also helping to find the correct colour.
Maybe you take a look.

I need a translation of L331 Horizon Blue 11667 in Omni paint. I can't seem to get anyone to get this formula in current paint codes in order to mix it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I was having a lot of trouble finding L436 indigo blue, after about 45 min at my local DuPont supplier with him on the phone with dupont corporate they found the translation into their chromabase line... Maybe you can talk to your local distributor about it, I dunno if that helps you with your color at all

The Glasurit online color section has it and breaks it down to formula too. L331 Horizonblau.

Go to the Glasurit.com site , click the color online tab. enter your paint code and manufacturer (volkswagen), enter line 22 in paint line. and there ya go.
Then you can choose between line 22, line 68, or line 55 paints. The next page gives you your mixture formula.

Gordo.

Please help.

I am trying to find out how to get L243 Diamond Grey made. I have seen the "recipie" but no one here in CO can seem to make it.

I have the PPG code, but not even PPG dealers here can make it.

Suggestions?
