somebody (else) really needs to jump into this market, they could easily sell 7 or 8 wheels worldwide, in 2 colors... _________________ regards

I like the John Deere tractor wheel better. It's 3 spoke, black and is keyed perfect. I saw a guy use one on his panel and it is awesome. No horn button though. I don't have a pic of it unfortunately. _________________ 53 Hatch Barndoor

Neat if that fits, even though the Barndoor wheel is 17.5 inches in diameter. |
That diameter would be perfect for the custom Barndoor i will never build _________________ regards

The 15" one for a 7/8 scale Barndoor?
Because that would be pretty close to 7/8 scale.
I think it would work well if you are really big and your body hits the wheel, I think you would have to be 300-350 lbs.+ minimum though.
Barndoors have a lot of space with the flat seat. _________________ How to Post Photos

that is pretty funny! no i am rather skinny, really. I think you underestimate the level of my craziness, only held in check by lack of money...
symmetrical walkthru, moving the pod to the left say 2-3 inches, smaller steering wheel, move the pedals, move the seat, handbreak, lever etc. door windows that slide up and down (no roll-up), remove the bar the ventwing closes against, etc, maybe install a clutch (pedal) less transmission, not harming a REAL barndoor, of course Custom.... in a KCW kind of way _________________ regards

Yep. That's the one. It is keyed and fits perfect. The guy used a cut off rubber suspension snubber in place of the horn button. It was in hot vw's a few years ago too. Nice bus. His name is John Henn or Henns from Florida. _________________ 53 Hatch Barndoor
