|
|
Hi, I live in the bahamas and need a windshield for my bug.
Jbugs says that they must ship to your billing address for the
First order... But after that they will ship to an alternate address...
My problem comes in because we usually have our parts shipped to
A u.s. address of a courier service in fla. then it's flown to Nassau.
That's pretty much the standard when trying to get something here.
Does any one know what companies sell a std sedan windshield and will
Ship it?
Some vendors say pick up only...
And some do t even entertain international orders...
Please help... |

Try evwparts. Small company, run by a real person. I'd go to his website and contact him directly. _________________ My 71 Ghia Been in my family since 1980

Do you have normal autoglass shops in the Bahamas? You might check with a local autoglass supplier. I needed a new windshield for my wife's bus. Called a local shop [not a VW place], they had it in a few days and I picked it up from them. No extra shipping costs.

Go straight to VW of Mexico to get your windshield. Antonio Trejo is the contact.

The only new windshields I could find was Chinese junk. I bought my real VW windshield from the above URL. |

That's pretty cool. Where are you from originally? My father's side of the family is from Chicago, although I was born and raised in southern ca. _________________ My 71 Ghia Been in my family since 1980
