Thanks for the comments, Yes Joseph and Ralph are Good People and spoke highly of you. I believe your pan is at millers getting blasted and powder coated. I think the pic is in the samba as well, Should come out real nice man.
My family and I were in the Virgin Islands recently on a cruise. We went to
St. Martin, St. Thomas and the Bahamas on Norwegian Cruise Line Ship
"The Get Away". Beautiful Islands, Views and had a Blast. Here is a pick on a tour on the mountain in St. Thomas. You may know where this was taken.
Keep up the Great Work on Your Build. Peter
PS. will be posting some new pics soon, just started on it again.

Family first, but VW's are a close second. Thanks Pete for the great car. All the work is top notch and will make a very nice car when finished.
Oh....it's "My first 1953 Zwitter" too.

A little crowded right now.
I've been able to complete the wiring minus the wiper assembly, and got most of the dash together. September 1st is my appointment with the upholstery shop to have the headliner and sunroof cover installed, then it won't be long after that.

this car is breathtaking. Absolutely outstanding work. Can't wait to see it completed. It's great to see early cars turning up in this condition. In the UK it's hard to find a 70's bug that doesn't need pans, channels, A/B posts, etc. It really makes me appreciate the build quality of these things. Totally awesome. Nice work! |

Yes I sold the car to Kenny, I am in the process of selling my current home and buying a new property and home. He is definitely doing a great job with it. Wish I didn't have to sell this one but Family comes first! Plus I may get a New Garage Mahal Out Of This Sale |

Yeah that was a shock to me as well, but if you're both happy...great.
