Better, yes. Could be better, YES. You need to roll that top edge to follow the bumper curve. Get a metal shop to shrink the top lip in. Also a bit of a shin grabber. Safety first!! Looking good GP _________________ I think he meant "rare", as in "not well-done" |

Not a big item , might help someone else
The 66 I got had AC at one time and someone had modified the fuse panel location . I glued a small mirror under the " tilted " fuse panel so I could see the fuses .

Tailights !! .......... and ........ Brake lights !!
There was some discussion and photoshopped ideas about putting taillights on the "bus " corners but they were too curved to put these lights on .
The inside structure of the " bus " hatch moved me in 3 inches and up 3 inches..
.The third brakelight came from a truck chrome shop in Wildwood Florida .
.The round lights came from a truck chrome shop in Tocson Arizona .
I'm thinking about adding sidelights . _________________ 63 two fold rag

Jan 17 & 18.....The largest in the southeast U.S......Brooksville Florida
On Friday Jan 17 about 1200 local school students get an Immersion day into civil war history .
If anyone comes out plan on Saturday ; You can stay all day for the " Battle " and then visit the period correct Union and Confederate campgrounds .
On Sunday Re-enactors are packing up to drive home as soon as the battle is over .
If anyone is interested in modern camping PM me . Must be self contained .
If anyone wants to participate ; I have extra uniforms....PM me
Thought for today ; You go camping and don't know who is in the next campsite.........
I go camping with 200 of my friends ;;;;;;; And we teach the school kids a little history
Someday look up why the U.S. Government established the Mason Dixon Line .
or
When did Massachusetts vote to seseed from the union .........and WHY ??? _________________ 63 two fold rag

That's looking good. Yes, some side marker lights might be a good idea.
I'd still taper the ends of the "air duct" toward the bumper ends, and also curve them to follow the bumper, but that's just me. But, if you're happy with it, it should be fine, and do it's job (getting cooling air to the engine).
Looks like you're make great progress. When will we see some camper conversion bits going in? _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

SOOO ooo Bashr52 ; better ?.................everything in life is a comprimise
Sorry it took so long youngnstudly ; the metalwork takes a lot longer than photoshop |
Still to square/boxy for my taste. This is my favorite so far, as it appears the steel is bent to the same curve as the bus section:
