Doing this for a buddy of mine. Started with this.
Rust treated with ospho, epoxied, and then L11 the underside.
Stripped topside to bare metal.
Welded up the usual b pillar crack.
Primed and blocked and primed again.

This split had several rot issues from sitting in the humid climate of LA (lower Alabama) since the metal work and the nice body work this car will be money well spent. |

Put the needed hubcap clip in one of the wheels and painted them. L16
They have a green tint to them. Now Bill can make his chassis a roller. _________________ -Corey

BMW 740i sport package- very nice. No other 7 since then appeals to me at all, especially the E65 generation right after with its overly complicated iDrive controls which should be on a home video game, not in an automobile.
Very nice work on the split! Will you keep it stock, or do some modifications like the big-window in your driveway? |
