Its ALIVE! Hooked up the battery for the first time tonight. Looks like I need to reverse a wire on the passenger taillight ,but everything else seems to work properly. Also have not checked the radio.

I know, I know my shop is a mess. Smile I had epoxied my floor just before I parked the bug on it and didnt want it to peel off. The epoxy is plenty cured now so I will get rid of those now. Funny how I dont even see my own mess Very Happy

I may need to get fancy tire covers soon. Ordered the wheels and they are in shipment. 17" polished Radars. Super stoked! Very Happy

tire cover trick.....cut an old fitted bed sheet into 4 pieces......use the elastic corners to go over and behind the tires...trim to floor length
great way to keep paint and body work mess off the tires and the fancy wheels.... Smile

I have not installed my antenna yet cause the windshield needed to be installed first. My Uncle came over this evening to check out my new rims. So we decided to put in the windshield and the hood.
