hi, i have a 76 thing, and im thinking to make it little bit older.. i mean change the late tail lights for the type 181 tail lights (the same as the bus) , does anybody has the measurements .. or any pictures with info... please

Here's my 73. I went with the Euro style front and rear lights.

I squared off the old mounting holes and then welded in a filler plate. Then I got a rusty section off a bus that had the correct hole layout for the early stlye lights that I centered up and traced out as a pattern.

These are on my stock 1973.

Looks great! Where did you buy the rear light assemblies?

I do not run reverse lights currently. I have considered adding them under the bumper or somewhere out of sight if needed. I ran the wires for them when I re-did the harness in case I ever wanted to add something down the road.
