Just thought I'd share this little project.

I had to build it 'remotely' from measurements, and had only 24cms from exhaust flange to collector. Both boxes were baffled and there's a further baffle in the tailpipe.

Image may have been reduced in size. Click image to view fullscreen.

I've not yet to run the engine with this connected as and I have trim 12mm of the right hand j-tube to make it seat correctly (I had expected this).

Bottom pulley hints as to the direction this engine is heading. Wink

Hmmm...have you worked out way to sit your Shorrock on a 30hp Dave...or is it for another of your blowers? Definitely a Judson lower pulley.

That Sebring exhaust looks awesome!! Do you have any pics of the fabrication? Specifically the baffle boxes. I want to build a Sebring style system for my son's Type IV powered Ghia so I'm looking for info from others.

After seeing a Porsche Abarth with that type of exhaust, i thought it would look awesome on a bug. Is your Sebring totally custom or is someone manufacturing them?

This exhaust is totally one off and would only fit a 30hp bus.

I do have plans to build one for a bug. I have all the raw materials,I just need to find the time to assemble it.

Watch this space.
