Great job Bill and everyone else involved! To me it seemed that this is the most packed I've ever seen that lake circle! I wonder what the count was??
Nice to see what originally was a bus show evolve into a great all-model VW show. It take people with vision to see what the community is desiring and adapt to it. Because of that, this show can only get better!
Definitely will be back! _________________ |o\®/o|

More stuff happened on a Saturday evening ride down A1A to Daytona than happens in a week. It was a beautiful show in Port Orange. Sunday was a completely good day. Thank you, please do it again.

Left my house at 3am saturday morning. Met some friends at Nova then drove up to Bulli. Bulli show was just way out there. If its there next year, i will pass on it. Drove back down to the beach at Dunlawton and spent the day there. Beach was packed with lots of VWs! I then headed over to Guiseppies at 545pm. Lot was already filling up and got a choice parking as i had to come back home that night. Had some food, talked with folks and left at 745 to get home at 1145pm a decent time. Though i missed sunday, i had a great time. Another 700 miles on my westy and a lot of quality time spent with my youngest daughter. Already making plans for next year as i hated going home early. Great job Bill and crew. Btw, trophies we're cool as hell! |

I Agree!
Especially since I had to miss it!
But I had a good turnout and good weather for the NC event as well.
So for 2015, what are you guys going to do for the date? Next year the first weekend is EASTER! So that is April 5th!
I have to wait on the track to see about some other events before I pick a date, just thought I would throw this out there so maybe we will not have it at the same time and I can be there in Florida.
Hope to see you guys at the Indoor Show in Jacksonville, FL on June 28th! Thanks to the OCOD guys for passing out flyers down there this weekend! _________________ Kathy Jacobs

Well Aaron, maybe we will come to you.
It is a matter of time before we can have Drag Racing in Florida again.

The 12th of April so the 10, 11,12 |
ok, thanks!
Will make note of that, but the only thing is that might be the same weekend as Bugapulza in TN.
I have to wait for the track to check with some other events before I pick a date. _________________ Kathy Jacobs

I'd like to thank all who came to the No Dough weekend. The weekend will happen once again next year and we will again be looking at the past events to make this weekend better than ever. Looks like we had a record attendance and it seemed everyone enjoyed the weekend. I had a family emergency on Sunday and would like to thank the following people for stepping up and making sure the show did not miss a beat. Bubba Corsi Thanks for being my partner in crime and stepping up again to get it done while I was out. Maybe one year we will both be able to be there. Jeff, Ellen, Bruce and Bentley from the Oil Puddlers are some of the nicest and most dedicated VW enthusists I know. You always help and always have a smile. Thanks for volunteering to do the beach gathering and also working the Sunday event. It would not happen without you guys. Especially this year! Charlie at Daytona Aircooled Parts, Thanks for the open house. It was packed and allot of fun. Thanks Eric for SBR2. This is the only Baywindow event in the US and is sure to grow. Thanks Mark P. and crew for the 2nd Bulli Brigade Spring Meet. It was fun and I dig the cruse up A1A. Thanks to Joe and crew at Gisseppiies pizza for hosting the pre show event. Thanks, Tim Hesse, Jack Flash, Eric and many more people who stepped up since I was out to help Bubba get the job done on Sunday. It was much appreaciated! Look out for the event feature coming up in Hot VWs and several other magazines. If you did not make it, come join us next year. We will stay comitted to the VW enthusist and try to keep the event free for all and all about our love for VW's.
