Not to throw a wrench in this, but I have been toying with vacuum forming a set of ABS scroops if this don't work out. Metal will definately hold up better!

Goffoz did post a full set of measurements for anyone wanting to make a set for themselves.
I'd still buy a set from him if he ever comes back since his second iteration that was painted had radiused edges along the opening. Not sure how to make that part. |
