with that much rust i wouldnt attempt to unbolt the floors. i think youll find out most the nut plates will break loose and spin. then youll have a car you cant put pans in without extensive heater channel work.

gutted interior today and pressure washed inside the car (got rid of headliner and carpet) but it got to dark to take pics.started unbolting the body from chassis and one bolt snapped in heater channel (it was weird because the bolt didn't feel weird then just snapped but all rest of em came out with ease).next job is to cut old floor pans out.

ill have pictures tomorrow but I took rear fender and front fender off today.i unbolted the pan from body (took all bolts out) and only broke ONE bolt which it seemed fine when I was using socket/ratchet then just snapped.i know the napoleon hat bolts that go to firewall were nasty with piece of bolt missing from rust(they didn't break since I was careful removing the bolts)
