Anyone have background on these T-Bucket style Hot Rods with VW engine. Who made them? Were they some sort of Kit Car etc? Any information is appreciated!

My opinion? Custom built - too nice and too many details faithful to orig Ford Model T, to be a kit car.

Some were offered as kits by Speedway Motors, Brizio, Dragmaster, plans were also in Rod and Custom magazine around 1967-68

This car was for sale years ago, I almost bought it but couldn't come up with the funds. This was one of the pictures I received from the owner. The car in the picture is a Speedway motors kit, which Speedy Bill bought all the tooling from Kent Fuller from Fuller Chassis fame. Bill sold a few but no longer makes them.
