Just came across a set of these.. Four wheels, old knackered tires and dirty but nice shape wheels. Are they Fuchs or a lovely Chinese made Fuechs? Wink how can I tell? Cheers

They look like aftermarket Fuchs. Fuchs are alloy wheels and wouldn't rust like those are showing. I'd bet they are some type of steel. Try a magnet on them. Real Fuchs would have some kind of number and manufacturers markings on them.

Look for a stamp on the back similar to this:

They aren't steel - aluminum alloy corrodes like that from road salt. It can be polished out. Wire brush or pressure wash the back and look for the Porsche part numbers.

I have never seen the v shaped moldings on the back side on real Fuchs.

Hard to see in the pictures.
