Oklahoma is big, with lots of desolate spots if you're willing to drive 50 or 100 miles away from a city, and these people all have trucks and trailers. No reason to expect it's all done on private property with permission. |

If they're the fastest "Street" cars, why should they have to trailer them? |

The same reason that some of the people with Harleys trailor them to Sturgis. Dont want to get them dirty, or hell to ride on the street. |

I noticed after the racing segment of the show last night, all the windows in the cars were really fogged up. Must have been a bit cold when they recorded that segment. I guess these "street" cars don't have defrosters in them.. But ultimately it's a tv show, and is made to be entertaining to watch. Hey if there's a VW on the show, all the better. _________________ I will never lie, but sometimes the truth changes.

AZN has a new turbo VW that hasn't been beat yet. The pit boss is building a new twin turbo 468ci small block Pontiac to get back on the List. They look like dead serious street racers for years to me! _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts

Set up or not, it was just fun to watch that Bug smoke those super cars. I hope those two dicks with Camaros in my ninth and tenth grade drafting class were watching. I know if they were, they were thinking of me. They used to give me hell all the time for having a Bug. _________________ Your Ex asking to be friends after breaking up is like Kidnappers asking to "keep in touch" after letting you go. |

No doubt they know their shit but these aren't street cars. Although on the show anyhow, that Farm Truck sure seems to do a lot of street driving.
Anybody got a picture of the underside of the Farm Truck? I'm curious if that thing has a full frame or what. |

Those are street cars. Hot Rod mag. had an article a few months ago on "The Fastest Street Rod". Cars I would not have thought were streetable had to drive over 1000 miles between 5 drag strips and pull 5 runs at each. I think I recognized the station wagon on the show and mag. Like said, show has a script, but those cars are some badass cruisers. |

The TV show is about a group of street racers. They DO NOT ever claim their cars are street legal. They just break the law and race on the streets. All of them are track raced when there is a big money event at the track. Many years ago Farmtruck used to be a regular in the 12.00 heads up index class. I have bracket raced Tina many times in here real street legal Mustang or Firebird. I will say this again. The actual racing in the TV show is real. The winners and losers are not staged. Maybe some of the smack talk back at the shop is scripted but the racing is real. _________________ 2017 Street Comp Champion - Thunder Valley Raceway Park - Noble, OK

Yes, the cars they were racing against in that episode were in the hot rod article not the street outlaws guys and gal. |

On page 1 there is a link to a Facebook page for the dung beetle, it has some info on the engine.
On the episode I think he states that it is a 2275cc. |
