68 to 70 bus masters will not swap with any others. The reservoir nipple spacing, center-to-center, is 100mm. No other year buses used 100mm spacing. 67 only dual masters and 71 to 79 masters are 85mm.

Master reservoir mounting

Note the bottom pic is for 1973-79. They moved the fill reservoir behind the seat. To accommodate the master reservoir nipple was installed facing the rear of the vehicle.
So if your fill reservoir is under the dash the nipple faces the front.
If your fill reservoir is behind the seat, the nipple faces the rear.

thanks to jerseylooker.

1970 bus.

I've replaced the upper fill reservoir [69-72 211 611 309 Fill reservoir] once, but the bottom cracked and leaked.

Is there anything available that is better than the plastic reproduction?

What have you done to solve this problem?
