Yes there are always plenty of sites available for everyone! We have 28 acres of camping space, everyone will have a spot!

Hey all just a quick note that Eric Arnold Photography will be at the Kampout with a few photo prints on display.
If there is anything you'd like to pre-order, just let me know. You can check out my photos here: http://ericarnoldphotography.com/ or on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/EricArnoldPhotography

I'll be available for photoshoots during the weekend if anyone is interested. Contact me for details.

Also, I'll be looking for one bus to spotlight for possible inclusion on a new bus-centric website. Maybe it will be you! Cool

We close down the campground for this event so if you look online it will say were sold out. But we have plenty of sites. Were a huge campground and our sites are set up for large RV's. So each site can fit multiple people. We always get everyone in. No problem Smile the sites have picnic tables, water & electricity.

Haven't had the chance to do this camp yet. We'll be passing through Flag that weekend, on our way to Southern Colorado.
Unfortunately, we won't be in the bus. Are non-VWs allowed? And are there cabins available?

Quick announcement: I (Eric Arnold Photography) will be covering the High Altitude Kampout for VW Vibe Magazine; they are a new print magazine based in the UK. Check them out here: http://www.vwvibe.com/

So shine up those buses and get ready to see this great event in print! Cool

Eric, It's not really roughing it here. You'll have power and water at or near your site, there's a camp store in the office, showers and laundry on site, two convenience stores across the street, grocery store 1/2 mile away, mall 1/2 mile away, Wendys and Del Taco 1/2 mile away, pizza hut, dominoes and Chinese delivery to camp. Free wifi and coffee. A great breakfast kitchen on site. There will be a Navajo Taco stand Friday and Saturday.

Anything you forget or need will be close by!

Would anyone be interested in doing some mountain biking over the weekend ?

I personally don't know the Flagstaff trails too well.
I'm sure it won't be hard to find some awesome riding.
Hopefully it doesnt rain to much.

I'm leaving about 5:30am, and will be taking my time on the way. I'll be traveling Route 66 and stopping for numerous photo-ops along the way.
I hope to be in Flagstaff before 1pm, but we'll see. Very Happy

Another awesome time seeing old friends and meeting new ones! Leaving the 100 degree July weather for pines and fresh air is just what we all needed! Thank you VWCampGirl and all the people at KOA who make this show possible!
