|
|
Old City Oil Drippers of Pa is having their "winter" GTG/Swapmeet. This is for all who have winter VW builds and is looking for some rare/vintage/unique or even stock parts to complete another chapter. This is a friendly get together we do annually to sell some parts and buy some from other vendors from anywhere possible. Most of us go to chat about on-going projects and changes being made. OCOD takes dues out of VWs, so if you are planning on finding that part/s or want to try and sell some stuff, there's NO charge to sell (space is VERY limited), although you can setup outdoor.
here's the details....
What :
Frost Fest 2014
When :
Sun March. 30th 11am-3pm
Where :
Zack and Tony's Auto Body
502 S Cedar Ln
Upper Darby, Pa. 19082
610-449-5868
Happening :
VW Parts/BEER Swapmeet..........Beer must be Local or German Brew!
VW Toys/Literature Swap/sale
Raffle table???
FREE FOOD & DRINKS (while supplies lasts)
CAR SHOW... No trophies....
This is a great way to get out the house and breathe VW for a day!
For anyone looking for parts please feel free to post your request here. Hopefully you'll find it from someone else attending this gathering. |

I'll be driving down from Jersey. A bunch of CJVWS folks will likely be meeting at the Wegman's on Route 202 in Bridgewater if anyone wants to caravan down with us. I'll post up some more details once we sort out the plan.
Thanks to everyone involved in putting this event on, I had a great time last year! _________________ www.cjvws.com

If anyone going has a used up / broken / lonely 90.5 cylinder cheap / free / trade for one quality beverage / whatever, drop me a PM
I do not need the piston, just the cylinder.
Broken fins ? Worn out ? Chinese POS ? No problem. Must be a 90.5 tho.
I only need one, but will take two or whatever.
I'll explain at the swap. No, I am not using it in a motor.
Also still looking for a FULL WIDTH rear camper seat ( two armrests )
1968-72 preferred...but will consider 73 and up Bay.
Material / veneer condition unimportant.
Foam and hinges are all I'm really worried about. _________________ Drive your VW... That's what it was made for.

I've got a couple (unless they got chucked with the leftovers from my "FREE" swap met pile at the trailbash). They're yours for a Cadbury Creme Egg if I still have them. |

Shock towers? I have a 3 inch narrowed beam, no towers, with leaf spring that I may bring. Still in car. May have new bushings to offer with. |
