VOLKSBASH! Inaugural

When:Sunday, September, 7th 2014
This is an ALL VW event!!!! with proceeds going to charity organizations.
We are currently planning a Saturday (Sept 6th, 2014) afternoon/eve. event in the local area also, please check the website for more details
Early registration can be done online prior to Aug 7th, 2014 at a discounted rate.
There will be registration and pre registration packet pick ups the evening before (9/6/14) at the hotel from 4pm till 7pm
Day of registration will begin at 7am and close at 11am.
Pre Registration will be $25 and after Aug 7th, 2014 $35 for all classes.
Used VW parts swap spots are $25 for a 10x10 space
New parts vendors are also welcome please contact us for details.
There will be a discount on rooms at Dover Downs Hotel. "Delaware’s largest and most luxurious hotel and casino experience. There is a state park with camping about 25 minutes away. http://www.destateparks.com/park/killens-pond/. The camping spots range from $21.00 a night for a hike in tent spot to $27.00 a night for back in spots with electric/water. To make a reservation click the reserve now! button in the top center.
There will be over 20 show car classes with 1st-3rd place trophies awarded.There also will be give-aways and raffles throught the day.
We are Proud to announce WINNER VW is a proud sponsor for this event and will have a new car display on hand!!
SPECTATORS ARE FREE!!!!!
We only ask that you bring a canned food or non perishable item as a donation. Recepticles will be located at the show entrance.

We are having a cruise Sat Sept 6th at around 1PM from the Winner VW dealership to an airplane museum (AMC) on the south side of Dover Air Force Base Check the website for more details.
The cruise will wrap up back at Dover Downs with laps around the MONSTER MILE. Its $20 to drive your own VW around Dover Downs Intl Speedway. It will begin at 5PM. We are generation a list to decide to have 1 group or if enough interest have 2 two. I will be there cant wait. Wont have the bus ready but thinking about getting a vending spot.
I need a front tin and flywheel for my 1500 dp build if anyone is bringing parts.
I have a good bit of fuel injection parts for late bay.

Looks like they'll be a strong H-town/Western MD presence for this show.
Getting some D batteries for the boom box!
Probably bring some left over T-shirts from our rainy show a few weeks ago.
Who knows, maybe 'Ol Yeller will take a lap around the track?!
