Marc, I have it on the calendar. Looking forward to seeing you again, at Manx on the Banx. Big Bear was almost too big to see it all. _________________ I'd rather be an hour early than 5 minutes late. (Mine)

Mike,
There are about 70 parking places in the motel lot. I have been there for a couple of college swimming meets and the lot fills up very fast. Little if any for tow vehicles & trailers.

Barb and I are in. Its right at 800 miles from our place to Buffalo. Easily done two days drive (or one if you really push it). Vacation shouldnt be a problem (Ill only have to take 4 days) and even have enough for MOTB 15!
Thanks for setting this up, Marc! _________________ Or you can call me………Tim

When David and I went to Marc's house, it was about 450 miles one way, so I can easily make it up in one day.
I think this will go on my 2015 "wish list" of events to attend. _________________ Bad News Racing 2018 NORRA 1000 3rd in Class

This is the first event that my wife is talking about going to! She wasn't able to go to MOTB. Being a school teacher is good for the summer, but not the school year, when it comes to vacation time. We are so looking forward to it.
What's the deal about passports? On FB, Scott said no passports needed, all events are planned in the States. But one of the eariler posts here said a trip to Niagara Falls is planned. Will I need passports for the kids? Theirs have expired since our last trip out of country.
Thanks,

Hi Scott its Marc , we will be all the events on the american side.
If people do have there passports and want to venture into Canada,
That will be there choice and it is OK.
But we will be doing the maid of the mist , from the american side,
And will be doing lunch at the Hard rock cafe at the falls.
Hope you can make it.
If your from New York
The enhanced drivers licence will work at customs, and will get you get you into
Canada. |

I think you should recommend bringing their passport and make a trip to the Canadian side, above the falls and then to the park at the falls, when the lights come on. The Canadian side is better to view the falls, lights and parks are amazing. _________________ I'd rather be an hour early than 5 minutes late. (Mine)

Marc,
Did the BOD give their blessings on this event at MOTB? Is it now an official Manx event for 2015? _________________ Or you can call me………Tim

Hmm I can get a Two-fer out if this. The wife has always wanted to go to the Falls. Just not sure if I will be able to convince her to bring the Buggy... |

They DID! Official flyers were handed out immediately afterwards!
I'm officially starting the rebuild of Loretta next week in order to have her ready to go for the trip. Schedule permitting, I'll be driving her up from Kingsland, GA (1005 miles) to receive my Long Hall League pin! _________________ -(Loretta) Manx # M2940D910E on customized 1970 chassis by Joescoolcustoms

Is anyone up for driving to the west coast and meet up with Bruce, the Darios and Mark and Donna, before the trip they will be taking to the east? I'm thinking about it. _________________ I'd rather be an hour early than 5 minutes late. (Mine)
