Looking at this vehicle used. Are there any concerns to be worried about. This will be my daily driver hopefully.

Maintenance! That is the number one thing you should be worried about. If the timing belt, waterpump, T-stat, tensioner and other standard maintenance items have been neglected, the car could become a major money pit.
