I like it the way it is! The only thing I see wrong with the whole bus is the tribal design on the side...that's pretty much it... I understand its a 52 and shouldn't have a back bumper...but....I would put the back bumper back on too! It really completes the look... Wink ... Laughing

Leave it the way it is. Make it a running and driver, enjoy it, pimp it out......then, flip it to the UK...they'll pay big money for that thang Wink Very Happy I even know a listing service that will get you more than its worth! hype it up!... but...they'll change you 10% interest on your money Evil or Very Mad

What Doug said (apart from the uk paying lots of money part - lol). It's way too much work to make it worthwhile, get it driving and sell it on so you can find a better bus!

I have been trying to identify the original color but i found a lot of colors in my searching.
Behind the engine lid i found two yellows tones, but the first yellow i found after the original brown base looks to me more original.

In the engine compartment i found gray and yellow too.. so i donīt know which color can be the original.. i will keeping my hunting to try to identify the color.

Someone can help me sending pictures of yellow Standars barndoor? Or sending the original color combinations in that year (1952)

In the car title appears ivory - blue and yellow that i donīt think is an original combination but maybe one or two tones can be the original.

Above the engine lid i found blue!!!!!! so......... im freak out...

Just paint it with some orange house paint and roll it as a Lithuania Looker. Or maybe paint some blue thunderbolts on it and roll it East German style Cool

Lots of shopping going on in those last pictures, look at the concrete behind with the blocky stripes.
