BBXXI will run from 8am - 2pm. I will be posting a YouTube link this week of my drive through of the Quaker Steak & Lube property to give an idea of the parking lot lay out. Although it'll be 4 minutes of your life you won't be getting back, it does give a good actual description of the show, swap, and host hotel area unlike the QS&L photo gallery pics.

Have you spoken with QSL mgmt about getting a permit to allow open containers in the parking lot? I've heard it was $600, but they do it for their weekly motorcycle meet. I think it would be money VERY WELL spent with this crowd _________________ "In any racing engine, the nearer you are to it disintegrating, the better it's performance will be"

Well ... They only charge 5 bucks a bus.. So.. 125 buses times 5 barely covers the 600 bucks... I would think it would be tuff to do that... _________________ ***WANTED***

Well, bike night is free to park so $0 x 500 bikes barely covers the 600 bucks.
However, QSL happens to sell beer there! Not sure how much profit there is in a draft beer, but I'd think they would sell enough to cover the 600 bucks.

Alcohol IN the parking lot is not finalized but was one of our first discussions. Still crunching #'s right now though. It has traditionally been an additional $$$'s on the insurance policy as well as $$'s an hour to have a uniformed officer on site when in the parking lot so... until that is hashed out I'm basking in the pleasure just knowing the Fort De Soto Beer Police will not be sniffing my Solo cup. That being said, I'll have a definite answer soon as it will be part of the "Upcoming Events" write up.
Also, feel free to pm me with any one on one questions if they arise and I'll work on promptly getting an answer back.

It's a good choice of venue and the posh ones amongst us can still stay at the Fort. |

If anyone is looking to get out of their Ft. Desoto reservations for the Bulli, we would be happy to buy them from you. Looking for any nights from November 6th through the 9th on the dog park side, or any site that is RV accesable. thanks Dan.] |

Just rented a place in Indian Shores for the weekend.
Hey, looks like we'll be spending lots of time on Ulmerton, just like old times at Rafferty's shop! _________________ Founder and Chairman Emeritus, ECMSAS

Bulli Brigade is approx. 30 minutes north from Ft. Desoto campground and Bug Jam another 60 minutes or so further north.
