From what I have been able to find out, this is from the mid 80's early 90's. This is the later version (the hood ornament is not VW thus later production). A version of the Rocky Mountain Motorworks VW Bug Pedal Car. I pulled this out of my neighbors trash this morning. After a quick clean up this is what I have. All it needs is a replacement steering wheel and 2 hubcaps. Does anyone have a connection or recommended place to get these?
